Precinct 1 –
I am running for re-election
as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1. I
believe knowledge of the law and judicial experience DOES make a difference.
I assumed the office of
Justice of the Peace in January 2007.
It was an honor to have been elected Justice to the office by the voters
in Precinct 1.
I have been an attorney in
After 22 years in
Retiring from public service in 2003, my wife
Lynne and I returned to
Since I have been Justice of
the Peace, my Court has handled 945 criminal misdemeanor cases, 52 civil cases,
conducted 17 death inquests, given criminal magistrate warnings to 865
offenders, and issued 26 emergency family violence protective orders and 10
mental health evaluation orders.
With
the jurisdictional level increased to $10,000, more attorneys are now appearing

deference to the law, and fully explained to all parties. As a member of the local community, I have
been and am accessible and available.
Experience, integrity and
commitment are the principles I ran on four years ago. I believe these qualities have served the
citizens of Precinct 1 and

Republican whose goal is to uphold conservative values and principles. I am a proud American veteran. I am asking for your vote to re-elect me as
